As your life coach, I want to help you make the little changes to see big results. Whether your overall goal is weight loss or creating a more healthy lifestyle, I can help you tackle and challenge those negative thoughts that hold you back, sabotage your efforts or cause you to eat your emotions. As you increase in self-mastery and acquire healthier habits, your confidence will also grow, perpetuating continued positive changes in your healthy lifestyle. We will set goals and make plans to achieve them in our work together. I believe there is strength in numbers, and it really helps to have a coach on your side to make these changes long-lasting.
Counseling and Coaching to Fit Your Lifestyle
My services are available at both my office in the Millcreek area of Salt Lake or via confidential video. This allows you as a client a choice with in-person sessions or more flexibility in your schedule to attend your virtual appointments, since you can do it from home or wherever you find yourself during the day. If you are local to Salt Lake City, I can offer “Walk and Talk” sessions at Liberty Park. Movement is very therapeutic and can make it easier to process your emotions and thoughts.

My professional experience has focused on treating depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. I help people adjust to life transitions. I love watching my clients discover their motivations that lead them to set and accomplish goals, and ultimately find more happiness and fulfillment in their lives. My practice involves Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and awareness training, and solution-focused therapies to help my clients gain coping skills, identify and challenge negative thoughts, and make focused behavior changes to experience powerful results.
